Bilge is an aerospace and a software engineer in the space industry. She is interested in mountaineering, rock climbing, bouldering and cycling.

Being aware of climate change, she decided to make radical changes in her life and tried to do something about it.

Bilge did her first high-altitude hikes in Cordillera Blanca Area in Huascaran National Park.

After this experience, she decided to climb Kilimanjaro. She did her summit to Lemosho route in 5 days with another seven summit athlete.

She works full time to support the exploitation of the data of the European Polar Satellites.. What a sedentary life!

This stereotypical geek who only exceled in school grades.. wants to be the first Environmentalist, Vegan, Engineer Turkish Woman to reach 7 summits. She believes she will do this by keeping her 40-hour-weekly full-time job.

She leads the clean energy group which develops 3D air pollution-climate model..

In her free time she bakes raspberry pi.
